Saje Boutique's Exchange Policy

Not happy with your purchase? We work very hard to ensure every single customer has an enjoyable shopping experience with us. We take pride in offering quality item(s) and great customer service. We provide detailed sizing information for all of our items for your guidance.
Saje Boutique DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for returns. Below is our exchange policy.

Exchanges
We offer an exchange for a Saje Boutique store credit only on all apparel (this does not include swimsuits, sunglasses, earrings, and beauty products), shoes, and accessories if you can not fit the item or are unhappy for some reason. Our exchange policy for store credit lasts 7 days(return package must ship within 7 days) for domestic orders and 14 days(return package must ship within 14 days) for international orders from the date of delivery. However, you must contact us with in 24 hours of receiving your package to receive a Saje Boutique authorized exchange number for store credit. We do not accept returns or issue store credit without an authorize exchange number.

-An Authorize exchange number must be given.
-Item(s) must be unused, unworn in original condition, in sealed original packaging with all packaging.
-Item(s) must not be damaged or altered.

Tracking information must be provided with return shipping. We can not issue a store credit if package is not received by Saje Boutique (we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during returning transit, we encourage insurance on your return item(s).
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Purchases made on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for an exchange or return for store credit.
Shipping cost are non refundable and not eligible for store credit.
Swimsuits, earrings, nose rings, under garments, make up brushes and hats are are exempt from exchange for store credit and are not returnable.

Note: Saje Boutique has the right to refuse an exchange for store credit at its own discretion, mainly due to excessive damage, worn or used items.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for store credit. Intimate wearable s are exempt from being returned which includes, swimsuits, earrings, nose rings, under garments, makeup brushes and hats.

Gift cards
Some health and personal care items

Saje Boutique will replace any defective merchandise returned to our storefront within six (7) days of the original purchase date. please contact us immediately to ensure that we can properly address any issues.

You will receive your store credit once your item(s) are received by Saje Boutique and has been processed. Once your exchange for a store credit has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your store credit information. Your store credit will be valid for 3 months from the issue date. Your store credit can not be combined with any Saje Boutique discount codes.

Please note: Store credit can be used only once, remaining balance will be deleted. Please be mindful of this when using your store credit.
LAYAWAY PAYMENT PLAN
See something you want love, why not try our layaway. With our layaway plan, you can pay 25% of the item price to secure the item in your name, then the remaining balance is to be paid in 30 days. No Interest. The price will be the same as if you bought it outright. The item will ship when the balance is paid in full.

Shipping

Please track your package to ensure timely and safe delivery. Saje Boutique will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or unclaimed packages with couriers.
