Q. I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT'S SOLD OUT! WHAT DO I DO?

A. Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size if the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on "notified me when available" and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.

Q. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

A. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can also keep an eye out on your delivery by logging into your account. Please remember that our couriers do their best to deliver your parcels to fit around your lifestyle. To schools deliveries should be made by 3pm, to work addresses deliveries should be made by 5pm and to home addresses deliveries should be made by 6pm.

Q. I SEE A PRODUCT ON YOUR SITE BUT IS NO LONGER IN STOCK. I WANT IT!

A. We understand your frustration and that you're totally in love with a product that is currently out of stock. We often restock our items and if that is not possible we replace them with a similar style. Please make sure you sign up for our mailing list to get exclusive email notifications when items are back in stock.

Q. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

A. We currently do not offer exchanges for customers. If you would like an exchange, we highly recommend notifying our customer service department at: info@shopsaje.com within 24 hours of receiving your item, return the item back and you'll receive a store credit once the unwanted item is in our possession and adheres to our exchange policy. For hygienic reasons all intimates, earrings, and swimwear are final sales and no exchanges. 

Q. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A. We’re very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive it as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we’re unable cancel it.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT?

A. When we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process the return within 7 business days. Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit confirmation email with further instructions.

Q. WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELED BY SAJE BOUTIQUE?

A. Due to high demand sometimes our items sell out very quickly and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. We promise that these cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and issue a refund for the out of stock item. In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be cancelled.

Q. I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE AT CHECKOUT 

A. Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.

Q. If custom duties or taxes are incurred do I pay them?

A. Yes, custom duties and taxes charged by your country or region is your responsibility. We have no control over these fees that may be charged to you by your local region. We do not charge custom duties on your order.
